基于多因素综合评价法的乌鲁木齐市土地整理潜力评价

摘　　要：以乌鲁木齐市为例,采用多因素综合评价法,展开对研究区的土地整理潜力评价。从土地投入强度、土地利用强度、土地可持续利用度三个准则层面进行潜力评价指标体系的构建,确定评价指标权重系数,同时进行评价指标合理值的确定,进行评价指标标准化及等级划分,最后分析评价结果。结果显示,乌鲁木齐市土地整理潜力值为5.72,处于中等偏上级别,具有较大的潜力,该研究可为乌鲁木齐市及其他地区的土地整理工作提供一定的参考作用。Taking Urumqi as a case to study land consolidation potentiality evaluation based on multi-factor assessment method. From three criteria level of land investment intensity, land use intensity, the sustainable use of land to build land consolidation potentiality evaluation system and determine the index weight and evaluation reasonable value, standardization and evaluation index classification. The research results showed that the Urumqi municipal land consolidation potential value is 5.72, and on the middle level and with great potential. This provides some reference for the land consolidation of Urumqi and other regions.
