摘　　要：通过了解农民对土地整理的认识,参与土地整理的意愿,为农民参与土地整理提供政策建议和决策参考。本文通过对塔城市土地整理项目的实地调查,统计分析调查问卷,得出农民参与土地整理的意愿,分析总结土地整理过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策及建议。研究表明,加强土地整理的宣传,建立农民积极参与、充分尊重农民意愿的土地整理机制,确保农民通过土地整理得到实惠,才能让广大农民积极地参与土地整理。By understanding the present situation of farmers＇ cognition on the land consolidation, and willingness to participate land consolidation, the paper provide policy advice and decision-making reference for the farmers involved inland consolidation. Based on the Tower City land consolidation project field work, statistical analysis of the survey questionnaire, willingness of farmers to participate in land consolidation was drawn, the process of land consolidation problems was analyzed and summarized and appropriate countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. The research shown that advocacy on land consolidation should be strengthened, land consolidation mechanism fully respect the wishes of farmers, and allow farmers participate actively, it is possible to ensure that farmers get benefits through land consolidation, so that farmers actively involved in a wide range of land consolidation.
