摘 要:以1年生绿宝苹果幼树为试验材料,研究其对不同土壤条件的适应性,对植株的生长、叶片的光合及生理特性进行了测定分析。结果表明:种植在多石砾粘壤土上的幼树,其株高、新梢生长量、叶面积、可溶性糖及根系活力均显著或极显著高于种植在沙土和粘壤土上的幼树,而丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于种植于后两种土壤的幼树;绿宝苹果幼树的净光合速率在多石砾粘壤土与沙土中种植的差异不显著,但均极显著高于种植于粘壤土的幼树;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在3种土壤条件下种植时无显著差异。综合各项测定指标及幼树的形态表现认为,绿宝苹果幼树对土壤条件的适应性较强,但以在多石砾粘壤土条件下种植更为适宜。Using one year old plants as tested materials,the adaptability of Bramley apple young trees in different soil conditions was studied by determining and analyzing growth conditions, photosynthetic and physiological characteristics. The results showed that plant height, shoot length, leaf area, soluble sugar and root activity for all the plants grown in clay loam with more gravels were significantly or very significantly higher than those of the trees grown in sandy soil as well as clay loam with less gravels. On the contrary the con- tent of MDA of the plants grown in clay loam with more gravels was very significantly lower than that of the plants in other two type soils. Net photosynthetic rate of the plants grown in clay loam with more gravels had no significant difference with those in sandy soil but that of both two were very significantly higher than that of the plants in clay loam with less gravels. There was no significant dif- ference between three soil treatments in the respect of SOD content. A conclusion could be drawn from the indexes quoted above and the tested plants growing state that Bramley young trees has strong adaptability to all the three types of soil,of which clay loam with more gravels was the most suitable soil to growth of Bramley apple tree.
