摘 要:针对下坝水库地形地貌、地质条件较复杂,受裂隙切割岩体较破碎,岩体强风化带完整性较差,易形成滑坡、崩塌、偏压、泥石流等问题,经现场踏勘结合SL386-2007,SL279-2002等水工隧洞建筑物设计规范,综合考虑工程占地、施工难度及工程投资等因素,优选"利用导流隧洞改为有压取水/放空隧洞"的一洞三用取放水方案。经水力计算、隧洞衬砌计算、应力稳定性复核等论证分析,结果表明:隧洞建筑物结构、过流能力、衬砌裂缝宽度和稳定性等,均满足规范要求,优化设计方案具有较高的技术可行性和经济合理性。Aiming at the complex conditions of topography and geological,the mass fractured rock by fissures cutting,the poor integrity of strong weathering zone which is easy to form landslides,avalanches,bias,landslides and other problems in Xia Ba reservoir.Combining the site reconnaissance and SL386-2007,SL279-2002 and other standards for the hydraulic tunnel building design,and considering the project land covering,the construction difficult,the engineering investment and the other factors,the water take and drainage scheme of reconstruction the diversion tunnel as the pressurized water taking/venting tunnel which can realize three function by one tunnel has been optimal chosen.From the hydraulic calculation,the tunnel lining calculation,the stress stability check and others analysis,the results showed that the structure,flow capacity,crack width and stress stability of the tunnel buildings can meet the standards requirements and the optimization design scheme has high technical feasibility and economic rationality.
