直接投资的技术溢出效应分析——以台湾对祖国大陆农产品加工业投资为例

摘　　要：采用2003-2012年分行业面板数据测算台湾直接投资与大陆农产品加工业全要素生产率之间的关系,以衡量台湾对大陆农产品加工业直接投资的技术溢出效应。台湾当期投资对全要素生产率的影响通过显著性检验,但滞后一期投资影响不显著。当期和滞后一期的投资系数均为负值,表明台湾直接投资对大陆农产品加工业全要素生产率可能存在负面影响。应从引资策略、市场竞争环境、研发投入、人力资本等方面入手,进一步发挥台湾直接投资的技术溢出效应,以提高大陆农产品加工业的全要素生产率。The panel data（ 2003- 2012） were applied to estimate the relationship between Taiwan direct investment and the total factor productivity（ TFP） of agro-processing industries of China’s mainland to measure the technology spillover effects of Taiwan direct investment on the agro-processing industries of China’s mainland. The effects of current-year Taiwan direct investment on the TFP of agro-processing industries of China’s mainland pass the significance test but those of previous-year investment were not significant. The negative coefficients of both current-year investment and previous-year investment may indicate negative impacts of Taiwan investment on TFP. It is important to focus on FDI introduction strategy,market competition environment,RD input,and human capital improvement to enhance the technology spillover effects from Taiwan direct investment to improve the TFP of agro-processing industries of China’s mainland.
