基于蒂布特模型的我国公共保障性住房有效供给研究

摘　　要：从总体上看,近年来我国公共保障性住房供给效率偏低。具体表现在:地方政府积极性不高、供给总量不足和结构不合理、保障群体满意度较低等。蒂布特模型提供了一个分析地方公共产品有效供给的独特视角,对于当前我国发展住房保障事业具有较大的指导作用。In general,the efficiency of public aff ordable housing supply has been a little low in our country in recent years. For instance,the local governments haven＇t much enthusiasm due to the insufficient supply,unreasonable structure,and low degree of security groups＇ satisfaction. Tiebout Model provides a unique perspective of analyzing effective supply of local public goods,and it has great guidance to the development of the current housing safeguard in our country.
