摘　　要：以习近平为总书记的党中央,从当今世界的时代特征和我国仍然处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发,在总结历史经验和新鲜经验的基础上,提出了"四个全面"战略布局,既充分体现了毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论,又立意新颖,观点鲜明,寓意深刻,内容全面,是创造性地运用和发展毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论的集中体现和突出亮点,极大地丰富、发展、完善了中国特色社会主义理论宝库,是指导中国特色社会主义事业发展,带领全国人民实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大理论武器。The Central Committee of the CPC, with Xi Jinping as general secretary, has proposed the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy based on our experience in building socialism, China＇s primary stage of socialism and current situation of the time. As an embodiment of Mao Zedong Thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy has been formulated in a timely fashion with innovative efforts and comprehensive contents. It will greatly enrich, develop and perfect the theory with Chinese characteristics. With a grand blueprint for the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, ＂Four Comprehensives＂ serves as a theoretical basis to marshal enormous strength behind the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
