人口较少民族聚居地区县域经济的困境及对策——基于对环江、罗城、兰坪、贡山民族自治县的调查

摘　　要：文章通过对我国环江、罗城、兰坪、贡山民族自治县的调查,发现人口较少民族聚居地区的县域经济面临产业结构不合理、农业生产方式落后、城镇化水平很低和地方财政非常薄弱等诸多困境,认为应该采取发展地方特色农业、推进新型城镇化、发展旅游业和通过少数民族节庆活动招商引资等措施来加以应对,从而壮大人口较少民族聚居地区的县域经济。Through investigating four autonomous counties of the minorities with less population, this research group discover that the county economy in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities is facing many difficulties, such as irrational industrial structurel backward agricultural production mode, urbanization level is very low, local finance is very weak, and so on. This paper consider that we should develop local characteristic agriculture, promote new urbanization, develop tourism and attract investment through minority festival activities, etc, thus expand the county economy in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities.
