强化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰无创机械通气中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨强化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰无创机械通气中的应用效果。方法选取我院诊治的慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的124例,所有患者均进行无创机械通气的治疗,按照随机分配的原则将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者62例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上行强化护理干预。观察比较两组患者呼吸纠正时间、住院时间、通气治疗耐受情况、护理后相关指标以及总体的有效率。结果治疗组患者的呼吸纠正时间和住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);通气耐受情况,对照组患者的情况改善明显较治疗组差(P<0.05);治疗组患者血氧饱和度、动脉血二氧化碳饱和度、呼吸频率和心率的改善情况明显较对照组较好(P<0.05)。结论在无创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中,行强化护理干预可明显缩短患者的治疗时间,提高患者通气治疗时的耐受情况,提升患者治疗的总体有效率。Objective To study the application of intensive nursing intervention in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Methods 124 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with type II respiratory failure were selected. All patients weretreated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 62 cases in control group. The patients in observation group were treated with routine nursing. lletatlts The patients in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, ventilation and tolerance, and the improvement was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement of blood oxygen saturation, arterial carbon dioxide saturation, respiratory rate and heart rate was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type II respiratory failure patients, to strengthen the treatment of patients with nursing intervention can obviously shorten the shorten time, improve the ventilation in patients with treatment of tolerance, improve patient＇s overall efficiency.
