鼻敏停中药对实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠行为和组织学影响

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻敏停中药对变应性鼻炎治疗机制。方法:将实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组和对照组,分别采用生理盐水、鼻敏停中药水煎液和氯雷他定混淆液灌胃,观察其对大鼠行为和鼻黏膜组织学的影响。结果:鼻敏停中药能明显改善实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻部症状积分(P<0.01),组织学上大鼠鼻黏膜灶性坏死减轻,血管充血和黏液分泌减少。黏膜下层嗜酸性粒细胞浸润明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:鼻敏停中药对变应性鼻炎的治疗机制是通过改善鼻部症状、减轻炎性渗出、抑制嗜酸性粒细胞浸润或活化等途径实现的。Objective：To expore the treating techniques of Biminting treating experimental allergic rhinitis. Methods：Choosing the experimental allergic rhinitis rats,randomly dividing into model group,treatment group and control group;respectively adopting saline,Biminting and loratadine irrigating the stomach;observing the impact of the rats＇ behavior and nasal mucosa histology. Results：Biminting can significantly improve the experimental allergic rhinitis rats＇ nasal symptoms integral（P〈0.01）,reduce the rats＇ nasal mucosa focal necrosis and the vascular congestion and mucus secretion,the submucosa eosinophils cells decreasing significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The treatment mechanism of Biminting treating allergic rhinitis is reducing vascular congestion,mucus secretion and inhibiting the submucosa eosinophils cells infiltration or activation.
