从脾论治冠心病名老中医经验汇集

摘　　要：冠心病(Coronary heart disease)是指冠状动脉粥样硬化使管腔狭窄或阻塞,使心肌缺血缺氧或坏死而引起的心脏病,属于中医学中的"胸痹"范畴。笔者收集并简要概括了路志正、邓铁涛等多位名老中医从脾论治冠心病的一些临床经验,名老中医大多认为脾胃功能失调与胸痹的发生及转变有着密切的关系,治疗以心脾同治收到了良好的效果。Coronary heart disease is the coronary vascular lumen stenosis or occlusion result caused by myocardial necrosis and hypoxic ischemic heart disease,it can be included in the chest impediment in traditional Chinese medicine. The author collected and summed up some experience of LU Zhizheng,DENG Tietao,etc. about treating coronary heart disease from spleen. Famous veteran doctors of TCM mostly consider that disorders of spleen and stomach function has a close relationship with the occurrence and transformation of chest impediment,treating chest impediment with spleen has good effect.
