麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎研究概况

摘　　要：麻黄连翘赤小豆汤见于《伤寒论·阳明病篇》,功在清热利湿、解表散邪、疏风解毒,故该方证最初为湿热发黄所设。经后世医家的临床发挥,该方用于多种疾病的治疗。根据近年来的文献报道,该方在肾脏疾病方面的疗效日益彰显。现从慢性肾小球肾炎的病因病机及该方的方药解析、临床应用、现代研究等方面对其治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的研究概况予以综述,以期对该方在治疗慢性肾小球肾炎方面有所裨益。Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction is in the Treatise on the Exogenous Febrile Disease of the Chapter on Yangming Disease,its effect is to clear heat and eliminate dampness,resolve exterior and evil,dispelle wind and clear heat-toxin. So the decoction and syndromes is established to resolve the hygropyretic jaundic. Lately,this decoction treats many different diseases by doctors in clinical. According to the literatures in recent years,the decoction achieves good effect in treating chronic kindney disease.The purpose of this article is to review the research progress of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction on the treatment to chronic glomerulonephritis by the etiology and pathogenesis,analysis of the formulas and clinical applytion and the mordern experimental sdudy of the recent years,and the decoction may be helpful to cure chronic glomerulonephritis.
