通心络胶囊治疗女性微血管性心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨通心络胶囊治疗女性心脏微血管性心绞痛方面的临床疗效。方法:将60例患心脏微血管性心绞痛的女性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予西医常规抗血小板、调脂等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊口服,两组均连续用药3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、运动心电图试验缺血性ST段下移改善情况。结果:两组患者在改善临床症状、ST段改善方面与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),通心络治疗组的改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊治疗女性微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效显著,而且安全、经济方便。Objective：Investigate Tongxinluo Capsule in treatment of female cardiac microvascular angina pectoris clinical curative effect. Methods：The 60 cases with cardiac microvascular angina pectoris of female patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each,The control group given conventional western medicine antiplatelet,lipid and other treatment,treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Tongxinluo Capsule oral,both groups of continuous medication for 3 months.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect,improve exercise electrocardiogram test ischemic st-segment down. Results：Two groups of patients in improving clinical symptoms,improvements in ST segment difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,tongxinluo treatment group improved more obviously,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tongxinluo Capsule in treatment of women microvascular angina pectoris clinical curative effect is distinct,and security,economic and convenient.
