摘　　要：随着社会融资的极大繁荣,公共投资和私人投资成为经济发展新常态下的重要研究课题。在政府实施新一轮的公共投资计划之时,对两者之间相关关系的探索成为新的热点。文章试就汉森-希克斯(IS-LM)和汉森-萨缪尔森(AD-AS)双模型对挤出效应作出系统分析。最终得出挤出效应的大小受制于多方经济因素,在具体实践中还需要参考诸如政治体制以及经济环境等多方因素,如何实现挤出效应最小化,实现两者之间的最优组合才是研究的最终目的。With the great prosperity of social financing,public investment and private investment has become the important research subject under the new normal of economic development. In the face of a new round of public investment plan,the exploration of the relationship between the two has attracted a lot of attention. The essay tries to analyze the extrusion effect based on two models——Hansen Hicks（IS-LM） and Samuelson Hansen（AD-AS）. Finally,the essay concluded that the size of the extrusion effect is restricted by many economical factors. However,in practice,it also needs to be referred to many factors,such as the political system and economic environment. How to achieve the goal included the minimization of the extrusion effect and the optimal combination is the ultimate goal of the study.
