摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作一直是高等教育领域重要的民生工程,其解决的如何成为考核高等教育质量的一项重要指标,本文以宿州学院2011-2013年毕业生去向数据作为源数据,利用数据仓库技术对其分析研究,构建数据库星形模型,进行数据立方体设计,建立毕业生去向数据仓库,采用联机分析技术对数据进行多维分析,挖掘数据的相互关联,为地方高校毕业生就业管理、学校决策和相关研究提供一条新思路。The employment of college graduates is always the important livelihood program in the higher education field,which is an important index as the solution of evaluating the quality of higher education. The original sample of the data of graduates of Suzhou University from 2011-2013 was taken in this thesis,using the data warehouse to analyze it,structuring the star model of the database,designing the data cube,and establishing the data warehouse of graduates. The multi-dimensional analysis of data has been done by using the technology of on- line,and explored the interrelationship of data to provide a new way and perspective for the employment administration of the local universities in the part of graduates,the decision making of school and related research.
