摘  要:针对海上油田微生物堵调体系腐蚀问题,选择海上X油田研究了微生物(菌种BH1301、BH1302)、营养体系(1、2)及其混合液对挂片腐蚀速率的影响。结果发现:菌种BH1301、BH1302单独存在时,挂片腐蚀速率分别为0.0062mm·a-1、0.0075mm·a-1;营养体系1、2单独存在时,挂片腐蚀速率分别为0.0336mm·a-1、0.0087mm·a-1;混合菌分别和营养体系1、2同时存在时,挂片腐蚀速率分别为0.0667mm·a-1、0.0098mm·a-1。表明营养体系是影响油田管网腐蚀的主要因素,为海上油田微生物堵调体系的优化设计提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the corrosion problem of microbial plugging and profile control system,the corrosive influence of microbe(strain BH1301,BH1302),nutritional system(1,2)and their admixture on the coupon corrosion rate were studied for X offshore oilfield.Results indicated that,using BH1301 or BH1302,the corrosion rates were 0.0062mm·a-1 and 0.0075mm·a-1,respectively;the corrosion rates of two kinds of nutritional system were 0.0336mm·a-1 and 0.0087 mm·a-1,respectively;the corrosion rates of the admixture of microbe and nutritional system were 0.0667mm·a-1 and 0.0098mm·a-1,respectively.It approved that nutritional system was the main corrosive factor,and this will be the basis of design and optimization of microbial plugging and profile control system.
