陕西关中地区奶牛生产性能的调查与思考

摘　　要：十一五期间,我国农业生产方式发生深刻变化,奶牛养殖由传统养殖向规模养殖快速转型。关中地区作为陕西奶牛主要产区,代表了陕西奶牛业的整体水平。为准确掌握陕西省规模化牛场奶牛生产基本情况,分析问题,总结经验,寻求突破,在关中地区开展了奶牛生产性能的调查工作,旨在为奶牛养殖业进一步提质增效,实现由数量型向质量效益型转变,为传统养殖向规模养殖转型提供基础数据和参考。During the 11 th Five-year Plan,China＇s agricultural production method has experienced significant changes,in which the dairy cow production has quickly transformed from traditional way to scale breeding.Guanzhong area,as the major production area for dairy cows,represents the whole production level of Shaanxi dairy cow industry.In order to know the basic situation of scale dairy cow farms in Shaanxi province,analyze the problems and summarize the experiences so as to make breakthrough,an investigation on dairy cow production was carried out in Guanzhong area,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of dairy cow production,realizing its transformation from quantity to quality and benefits,and providing basic data and a reference for the transformation.
