摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,表现为关节炎、系统性炎症和自身抗体生成,严重影响患者生活质量、工作能力和预期寿命。近年来,糖皮质激素治疗RA获得新进展,糖皮质激素的临床应用也相应发生了改变。本文从指南和临床实践两个方面综述糖皮质激素在RA治疗中的应用。Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease, of which the clinical manifestation includes arthritis, systemic inflammation and autoantibody production. RA can influence patients＇ quality of life, work ability and life expectancy seriously. In recent years, as the progress on glucocorticoid treating RA, the clinical application of glucocorticoid has also been changed. This review describes the guideline and clinical practice of glucocorticoid in RA treatment.
