摘 要:为了更全面的考虑影响单弯螺杆钻具组合造斜能力的因素,对单弯螺杆钻具组合的造斜能力进行了深入研究。在平衡曲率法的基础之上,考虑地层变井斜力,建立"考虑地层作用造斜率"的计算模型,并进行实例分析。研究结果表明,某水平井造斜井段使用单弯单稳螺杆钻具组合滑动钻进,其中实际造斜率9.2(°)/30m,考虑地层作用时造斜率10.3(°)/30m,没有考虑地层作用时造斜率15.8(°)/30m。分析单弯螺杆钻具组合结构参数和钻压对造斜率的影响规律,得出考虑地层作用时造斜率随着钻头到下稳定器距离的增加而大幅减小,随着钻压的增加而减小;没有考虑地层作用时造斜率随着钻头到下稳定器距离的增加而略有减小,随着钻压的增加而增加。实例分析和规律表明:研究单弯螺杆钻具组合的造斜能力时,必须考虑地层作用,这样可以更准确地预测单弯螺杆钻具组合的造斜率;分析单弯螺杆钻具组合造斜率随结构参数和钻压变化的规律,为钻具设计和钻压优选提供依据。In order to understand the factors influencing deflecting capacity of PDD combination with single bend comprehensively,its deflecting capacity was studied deeply.Based on the equilibrium curvature method,the oblique force of well changes in the formation was taken into consideration,a calculation model of'build-up rate considering the formation'was established and an example was analyzed.The results indicated that PDD combination with single bend was used to deflect by sliding drilling in a deflecting section of horizontal well,the actual build-up rate was 9.2°/30 m,the build-up rate considering the formation was 10.3°/30 m,the build-up rate without considering the formation was 15.8°/30 m.The influential rules of build-up rate with the change of structural parameters and WOB were analyzed,it was concluded that the build-up rate considering the formation decreased sharply with the increase of the distance between the bit and lower stabilizer and decrease with the increase of the WOB,the build-up rate without considering the formation decreased slightly with the increase of the distance between the bit and lower stabilizer and increase with the increase of the WOB.The analysis of example and the rules show the effect of formation must be considered when analyzing the deflecting capacity of PDD with single bend,which can predict the build-up rate more accurately;analyzing the rules of build-up rate with the change of structural parameters and WOB,can provide the basis for drill tool design and optimization of WOB.
