摘 要:海上油田储层胶结强度低,泥质细粉砂含量高,出砂迫使油井频繁作业,操作费用增加,甚至停产。针对海上出砂井及油层特点,应用适度排砂与防砂相结合的工艺技术,先期排出近井地带储层细粉砂,解除污染。后期应用压裂充填防砂技术,改善储层物性,降低渗流阻力,延缓出砂风险。该项技术已成功应用于海上某油田出砂井治理中,作业成功率100%,产能提高2~3倍,稳定生产超过600d,累计产油约15×10^4m3,显示出较好的生产效果。In an offshore oilfield,reservoir cementing strength was low,shale and fine silt content was high,sand production induced frequent well workover,which increased the operation cost,or even induced a shut-down.In view of the sand producing wells and reservoir characteristics,a moderate sand discharge and sand control technology was used to discharge the advanced fine silt in the reservoir for releasing wellbore pollution in the near wellbore area.Fracturing and sand control technology was used at the late stage to improve the reservoir property,reduce filtration resistance,delay the risk of sand production.The technology has been successfully used for sand control in certain offshore oilfield with operation success rate of 100%,productivity is raised 2~3times,stable production is more than 600 d,accumulated oil production is about 15×104 m3,it presents a good production effect.
