摘  要:为了对寄主植物介导的间接病虫互作机理研究奠定基础,采用光度分析法研究白粉菌侵染中国月季植株对植物体内糖类和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:中国月季(Rosa chinensis)感染白粉菌(Sphaerotheca pannosa)后,随着感病时间的延长,蛋白质含量逐渐下降,而总糖含量则呈先升高后降低的趋势;白粉菌侵染对中国月季叶片蛋白质和总糖含量的影响均存在明显的时间效应,随着感病程度增加,蛋白质和总糖的含量均明显降低,蛋白质含量从73.52 mg/g降低至59.92 mg/g,总糖含量从17.84 mg/g降低至8.94mg/g。The carbohydrate and protein content in R.chinensis plants infected with powder mildew was determined by photometry analysis to lay the foundation for the interaction mechanism between diseases and pests indirectly mediated by host plants.Results:The protein content of R.chinensis plants infected with Sphaerotheca pannosa declines gradually but its total sugar content shows a first rising and then declining trend with prolongation of diseased time.Sphaerotheca pannosa infection has the obvious time effect on leaf protein and total sugar content of R.chinensis.The protein and total sugar content in leaves of R.chinensis deceases with increase of diseased degree significantly,and the protein and total sugar content decreases from 73.52mg/g to 59.92mg/g and from 17.84mg/g to 8.94mg/g respectively.
