摘  要:为阐明Cu2+污染对延胡索的毒害机理,采用土培法对延胡索进行不同Cu2+浓度的处理,探讨重金属对其生长、抗氧化酶活性和Cu2+积累的影响。结果表明:Cu2+污染下,延胡索生长受抑制,生物量下降;明显影响延胡索的抗氧化酶活性,即随着Cu2+处理浓度的增加,CAT、POD及SOD的酶活性变化呈先升后降趋势;明显影响延胡索叶绿素含量,除Cu2+浓度在150mg/kg时,叶绿素含量略有增加外,总体呈下降趋势;随着Cu2+处理浓度的增加,延胡索地下块茎对Cu2+的积累逐渐增多,在Cu2+浓度为250mg/kg时Cu2+含量增加速度最大。生产上应注意土壤中的Cu2+含量。R.yanhusuo plants were cultured in pots adding different Cu^2+concentration to discuss effects of heavy metals on growth,antioxidant enzyme activity and Cu^2+accumulation of R.yanhusuo under different Cu^2+stress and expound the toxicant mechanism of Cu^2+pollution to R.yanhusuo.Results:Cu^2+pollution inhibits growth of R.yanhusuo.The CAT,POD and SOD activity of R.yanhusuo presents a first rising and then declining trend with increase of Cu^2+concentration.The leaf chlorophyll content of R.yanhusuo shows a declining trend overall with increase of Cu^2+concentration,except for 150mg/kg Cu^2+concentration.Cu^2+accumulation in R.yanhusuo underground tubers increases gradually with increase of Cu^2+concentration and the increase speed of Cu^2+content in R.yanhusuo underground tubers reaches the maximum when Cu2+concentration is 250 mg/kg,which indicates that soil Cu^2+content should be paid more attention to in production of R.yanhusuo.
