中国科技创新与经济发展耦合协调度模型

摘　　要：通过分析科技创新与经济发展的相互作用,揭示两者的耦合协调发展机理,构建科技创新和经济发展子系统的耦合协调度模型,基于中国1991—2012年的数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:在社会效用动态最优和社会效用静态最优条件下,科技创新和经济发展都具有耦合协调的协同发展关系;中国的政府财政收入和两系统的耦合协调度对经济产出的作用相当;科技创新与经济增长的协同发展对经济产出具有重要的推动作用。Through the analysis of the interaction between technological innovation and economic development,it reveals the coupling coordinated development mechanism on the scientific and technological innovation and economic development,and constructs the scientific and technological innovation and economic development subsystem coupling coordination degree model,and conducts the empirical analysis based on the annual data of Chinese scientific and technological innovation and economic development from 1991 to 2012. The result of the study indicates that： Both in the social utility of dynamical optimum,or social utility static optimum,scientific and technological innovation and economic development are harmonious and have coupling coordination development relationship; China＇s government revenue and the two systems＇ coupling coordination degree have the same effect for the economic output; Coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economic growth plays an important role for promoting the economic output.
