摘　　要：运用互联网思维,从服务经济的全新视角重新审视科技金融服务业,对互联网思维和科技金融服务相融合进行可行性和必要性分析。通过对科技金融服务业发展现状的深入剖析,探讨其发展模式与攻略:发展有担保的股权众筹,保护投资人利益,完善多层次资本市场;借鉴美国硅谷银行发展模式,将中国科技银行做大做强;整合各地区资源,搭建科技金融服务综合大平台,实现区域经济一体化。From a new perspective of service economy,the paper reviews sci-tech finance service industry by using of the internet thinking and conducts an analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of it. Based on the analysis of the development status of sci-tech finance service industry,it discusses its development mode and strategies： developing equity crowdfunding guaranteed to protect the interests of investors and perfect multi-level capital market; learning from Silicon Valley Bank＇s development mode to make our Sci-tech Bank stronger; under integration of regional resources,building a large integrated Sci-tech financial services platform to achieve regional economic integration.
