创新环境的要素构成及其影响机理

摘　　要：通过文献梳理讨论影响企业创新活动的环境因素及其情境化特征,提出应从企业视角逐层展开以确定中国情境下企业创新环境的内涵及要素构成。分析了企业创新过程及相关影响因素,描述了创新环境诸要素对企业创新行为影响的差异性,提出了由网络效应、动力效应和保障效应构成的创新环境要素结构,并分析和比较了各维度要素对企业创新活动的影响机理,指出了后期开展诸如创新环境测度、优化以及创新政策分析的工作路径。Through literature review and discussion of the circumstance characteristics of the environmental factors which impact the enterprise innovation activities,this paper proposed that we should drill-down from enterprise perspective to determine the connotation and elements constitution of the enterprise innovation environment under Chinese circumstances. This paper analyzed the innovation process and the internal and external factors,and described innovation environment factors＇ different way of influence on enterprise innovation behavior. It presented the hierarchical structure of the innovation environment which composed of network effect strata,dynamic effect strata and strata of protection. And then it analyzed and compared various hierarchical factors＇ impact mechanism towards enterprise innovation activities. Finally,the paper pointed out the work path of innovative environmental assessment and analysis,and innovation policy analysis in late stage.
