摘　　要：随着纳米科技的发展，纳米粒技术也被运用于疫苗的开发，在增强疫苗的免疫原性、促进APC对抗原的识别、延缓抗原在体内的降解、延长抗原在体内作用的时间等方面具有重要作用。此文就疫苗纳米粒技术及其在流感疫苗开发中的应用进行综述。With the development of nanotechnology, nanoparticle has been applied to thedevelopment of vaccines. It plays an important role in enhancing immunogenicity of vaccines, promotingAPC to recognize antigen, and delaying degradation of antigen in vivo to prolong effect of vaccines. Thisreview summarizes nanopartiele technology and its application to the development of influenza vaccine.
