摘 要:基于青岛某工程4根PHC管桩静载试验,研究胶州湾填海区域复杂地质下PHC管桩承载性状。试验结果表明:4根试桩的Q-s曲线总体呈缓变型,总沉降量均小于10 mm,单桩竖向抗压极限承载力均为3 300 k N,能够满足工程需求。由于试桩沉降量较小,该工程中PHC管桩具有较大承载潜力,可以通过适当减小桩径或提高设计承载力的方式对胶州湾填海区域PHC管桩进行设计优化。Based on static load test of four PHC piles in a Qingdao project, the bearing behaviors of PHC piles under complicated geological conditions of Jiaozhou Bay reclamation area were studied. The test results show that, the Q-s curves of the four testing piles are of slow change type, the total settlement is less than 10 mm, the vertical com- pressive ultimate capacity of each pile is 3 300 kN, and they can reach the engineering requirements. As the total set- tlement of test piles is small,the PHC pile in the proiect has a large bearing potential,through reducing pile diameter and improving design bearing capacity appropriately, the design of PHC pile in Jiaozhou Bay reclamation area can be optimized.
