摘 要:为确定载重量与胎压之间存在的函数关系式,达到基于胎压识别超载或偏载货车的目的,运用经典力学方程和数学推导方法对货车轮胎胎压与其载重量之间的关系进行理论研究,并建立其数学函数模型。采用电子万能材料试验机对已知轮胎加载,得到不同胎压条件下多组胎压数据与对应试验加载数据;对不同胎压条件下的试验数据与模型计算数据分别进行拟合分析。试验结果表明:载重量与胎压呈非线性变化关系;比较不同胎压条件下模型计算载重量和实测载重量的拟合函数,发现二者的相对偏离程度为0.021 7。In order to determine the function relation between tire pressure and load,achieving a goal of using tire pressure to monitor overload and partial. By using classical mechanics equations and mathematical reasoning,relationship between total load and the tire pressure was studied for trucks. A model was built for the relationship. Loading experiments were carried out for a given tire by using an electronic universal material testing machine. Many groups of data on tire pressure and corresponding loading were obtained under different tire pressure conditions. A fitting analysis was done for the experimental data and model calculation data. The experiment results show that the relation between the tire pressure and load is non-linear under the condition of different tire pressure. It was found that relative deviation between calculated load and measured load is 0. 021 7.
