摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者心肌热休克蛋白47(HSP47)的表达及其与某些因素的相关性。方法 60例手术患者,采用实时荧光定量(RT-PCR)方法检测心肌HSP47的mRNA表达量。结果 HSP47mRNA在慢性心力衰竭患者中均有表达,且随心功能的下降HSP47表达升高。1慢性心力衰竭患者心肌HSP47与左室舒张末期内径呈独立、显著的正相关(r=0.785,P<0.05),与左室射血分数呈负相关(r=-0.804,P<0.05);2HSP47与年龄、血脂等无相关关系。结论慢性心力衰竭患者心肌HSP47表达随心功能下降而升高,与左室舒张末期内径呈正相关,而与左室射血分数呈负相关。AIM To investigate the correlation between heat shock protein 47 and some factors in chronic heart failure. METHODS Right atrial tissues were taken from 60 patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Twenty patients were in NYHA I group, 20 patients were in NYHA II group, and 20 patients were in NY- HA III group, mRNA amounts of HSP47 were studied by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. RESULTS HSP47mRNA was expressed in patients with chronic heart failure. There was a conspicuous and independent direct correlation between the expression of HSP47 and left ventricular diameter （r = 0. 785, P 〈 0. 05 ） and there was also an indirect correlation between the expression of HSP47 and EF. There was no correlation between the expression of HSP47 and ages, blood lipids and other factors in chronic heart failure. CONCLUSION In patients with chronic heart failure, heart function declined and expression of HSP47mRNA expression increased. Expression of HSP47 has a positive correlation with left ventricular diameter and a negative correlation with left ventricular ejection fraction.
