摘　　要：产品合格品率的高低反映了生产企业质量管理能力的大小,判定批产品的合格与否,不仅要有一个明确的合格品率指标,而且不能用一次抽查样品的质量状况来判定,它需要有一套完善的抽查判定程序。国家轻工业标准GB/T2880-2007《儿童皮鞋》规定的批产品抽查判定方法不严谨,是无法确定批产品合格,也不可能控制批产品的合格品率,尤其是加倍复检更是放松了对批产品的质量要求,很容易造成不合格批产品被判定为合格,生产企业对此要有一个正确的认识。The qualified rate of products reflects enterprises＇ quality control ability. To judge the quality of a batch of products, it requires a specific index of qualified rate.Judgement can＇t be made merely from the quality of samples from single random checking. It needs a full-fledged procedure for random checking and judgement. The random sampling and jugdement method of lot products regulated in national light industry standard GB/T2880-2007 ＂ Children＇s leather shoes＂ isn＇t that precise. The method can＇t assure the quality standard of products, nor control the products qualified rate.What＇s more, the permission of doubling sample retest lower the quality standard of products, which is likely to cause unqualified products judged as qualified. The manufacturing enterprises should be fully aware of this condition.
