摘  要:介绍了一种航天器多功能结构及其制造工艺。以航天器蜂窝夹层结构舱板为载体,在蜂窝夹芯内共预埋用以提供机械连接、遥测遥控、供电、通信和温控等功能的器件,通过合理防护和有效定位后组合胶接,采用真空袋-热压罐法成形为一体化结构,使航天器结构件同时兼具结构、测控、电源、天线和热控等不同分系统的功能,实现了航天器的集成制造,更有利于减轻重量,增加有效空间,提高快速响应能力。Introduced a kind of the multi-functional structure and manufacturing process in the spacecraft. This multi-functional structure was mostly applied in the honeycomb sandwich panel. The devices with the functions of mechanical connection, telemetry, tracking and command, power supply, communications and temperature control were simultaneously embedded in the panel. These devices were assembled bonded in the honeycomb sandwich panel after the effective protection and position by the vacuum-autoclave molding method. This integrated structure possessed the functions of different sub-systems such as structure, telemetry and command, power supply, antenna and thermal control. The advantages of the multi-functional structure and its manufacturing process were lightening the structure weigh, increasing the effective space and improving the quickly responding ability.
