摘 要:针对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料进行了真空扩散焊接工艺试验,研究了待焊面状态与工艺参数对焊件焊合率的影响,探讨了界面孔洞产生机理,分析了接头变形率对扩散焊接头焊合率及力学性能的影响,并检测分析了接头力学性能。结果表明:界面镀镍的焊接接头组织性能优于不带镀层焊接接头;焊缝中微孔洞的产生原因为Kirkendall效应和焊缝中的脆性相Ti C发生脱落;接头变形率在6%-10%之间时,焊合情况较好;带镀层不锈钢扩散焊接头室温拉伸强度与母材等强,断口属于微孔型、穿晶+沿晶混合型断裂。Experiments of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti stainless steel were carried out by vacuum diffusion welding, studying on the effects of the weld interface condition and technical parameters on the bonding rate, investigating the formation mechanism of the welding interface micro-hole, analyzing the influences of the joint deformation rate on the bonding rate and mechanical properties, and studying the mechanical properties of weld joints. The results show that the properties of the joints with interlayer are better than the joints without interlayer; the Kirkendall effect and drop of Ti C produced in the bonding process result in the interface micro-hole; when the deformation rate is 6%-10%, the bonding rate is better; the strength of the joints with interlayer is equal to that of the base metal, and the fracture is micro-hole type and mixed type fracture.
