摘 要:针对传统顺序维修策略的不易操作性,提出分阶段的顺序维修策略模型:将维修过程分成三个阶段,每个阶段有固定的维修间隔和维修次数,经过三阶段的维修后,对设备进行预防更换。界定了不同维修活动对设备可靠度的影响,以及设备所需维修资源和成本的关系,在设备可靠度不低于一定水平的情况下,建立以最小总维修费率为目标的分阶段顺序维修经济优化模型。比较了分阶段顺序维修模型和传统顺序模型在不同可靠度情况下,设备的总维修费率和所需维修资源情况。结果表明,分阶段维修策略在维持设备满足一定可靠度的条件下,既能有效节约维修资源,又具备一定的经济性。For the poor operability of traditional sequential preventive maintenance policy,aphased sequential preventive maintenance strategy was proposed.This strategy divided the whole maintenance process into three phases,and each phase had fixed maintenance intervals and maintenance times.The equipment would be taken replacement after these three phases.The relationship between maintenance resources and maintenance cost,and the impact of different maintenance actions on the equipment's reliability were defined to establish the phased sequential maintenance model by minimizing the total cost rate of equipment under the certain level of reliability.The total maintenance cost rate under different reliability level of phased sequential maintenance model and traditional sequential model was compared,and the results showed that the phased sequential maintenance strategy could effectively reduce maintenance resources and save total maintenance cost.
