摘 要:通过真空感应炉试验研究了锆、铝脱氧对含硫易切削非调质钢中硫化物生成行为的影响,研究结果表明,在铝脱氧钢中硫化物大多呈沿晶群聚状分布(大多呈扇形或链状分布),是典型的Ⅱ类硫化物,单位面积硫化物的数量较多,尺寸较小,小于2.5μm的数量较多,大颗粒夹杂数量较少;在锆脱氧钢中硫化物主要也是沿晶的Ⅱ类硫化物,同时也有一些晶内分布的Ⅲ类硫化物,其分布与铝脱氧钢相比有较大改善,单位面积硫化物的数量减少,尺寸增大,大于5μm的数量增多;根据非均质形核理论,(001)Mn S//(001)Zr O_2的点阵错配度为3.0,而(111)Mn S//(0001)Al_2O_3的点阵错配度为26.9,凝固过程中Zr O_2作为硫化物形核核心的效率明显要高于Al_2O_3,向钢中加入锆,非均质形核的Mn S数量增多,使得一部分Mn S在较高的温度下分离析出,硫化物的总数减少、尺寸增大、分布从扇形向链形转变,改善了硫化物分布。The effect of Zr and Al acting as deoxidizer on the formation behavior of sulfides in micro-alloyed steel was studied by vacuum induction furnace experiment. The experimental results showed that sulfides appear mostly intergranular cluster- like distribution which were typically the type Ⅱ sulfides(most showed fan or chain- like distribution) in Al deoxidized steel. Lots of sulfide particles in Al deoxidized steel existed per unit,and most of them were smaller than 2.5 μm,a few were bigger. The sulfides in Zr deoxidized steel mainly appeared intergranular distribution which belonged to the typeⅡsulfides;Some precipitated in interdendritic regions,which fitted into the type III sulfides. Compared to the sulfides in Al deoxidized steel,the distribution of sulfides in Zr deoxidized steel had been much improved,mostly of them were chainlike distributed. And the number of sulfides per unit area was reduced,the size increased,and the number of sulfides whose size was bigger than 5 μm increased;According to the nonhomogeneous nucleation theory,the lattice disregistry between(001)Mn S and(001)Zr O2 was 3.0,and the lattice disregistry between(111)Mn S and(0001)Al2O3was 26.9. Due to the low lattice disregistry between the Mn S and Zr O2,a part of Mn S precipitated on Zr O2 nuclei in advance,and grown into big inclusions(as type Ⅲ),which made the precipitation amount of type Ⅱ Mn S at the end of solidification reduces,the distribution of sulfides changed from fan-like to chainlike distribution,and the distribution of sulfides improved.
