摘  要:硅钢片因其使用特点对热轧板形控制提出了较高的要求,近年来,采用边部加热器提高中间坯边部温度是热轧硅钢生产的新工艺,边部加热器的投入,能够降低板坯的断面温差,提高板坯温度的均匀性,对提高边部质量有显著作用。但是,提高边部温度会对部分板形指标(如边降等)产生一些负面影响,造成下游工序板形质量的恶化。针对使用边部加热器的上述特点,研究了边部加热器的工作原理及设备功能,重点分析了热轧硅钢生产中边部加热器控制逻辑及工艺参数,结合生产中硅钢的凸度指标、边降指标及裂边、翘皮等缺陷,通过设计典型工况试验,对边部加热器的控制逻辑及工艺参数进行了优化,确定了相对最优的工艺参数,并应用于生产实践,保证了硅钢产品的边部质量及板形指标,提高了产品的成材率。As for the application characteristics of silicon steel sheet,there is a high requirement of shape control in hotrolled silicon steel production. Increasing of the edge temperature of slab by using Edge Heater(EH) is lately a new technology in production. The section temperature difference would be decreased and the temperature homogeneity would be improved after EH coming into use,which has remarkable effect on improving the edge quality. However,the improvement of edge temperature has some side effects,especially for the profile index(the edge drop index etc.),which would go against shape quality in downstream procedure. According to the characteristics of EH,the working principle and equipment function were described,and the control logic and technological parameters of the EH were analyzed. Considering the crown and edge drop index,the edge cracking and edge surface unwrapping defects in production,by designing experiment of typical work conditions,the control logic and technological parameters were optimized. In this way,the optimal parameters,which were used in production lately,can be obtained. Both the edge quality and profile index of silicon steel could be assured and the rolling yield was increased.
