摘  要:钢丝绳在与滑轮接触的部位断裂,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等对断裂钢丝绳进行了观察和分析。结果表明:钢丝绳断口及断口附近多处观察到挤压磨损痕迹,断口多为压扁状断口,并且在压扁状断口附近观察到多处硬化层;分析认为钢丝绳在使用过程中局部产生了严重的挤压磨损,导致部分钢丝绳发生变形及加工硬化而变脆,甚至部分钢丝股因外力挤压出现断丝,钢丝绳的整体承重能力下降,导致局部承载过大发生断裂。The steel wire rope was fractured from the position contacting with the pulley. The fractured wire rope was observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that several extrusion and wear traces were observed on and near the fracture of the wire rope. The fractures were mainly flatteninglike,and several hardened layers were observed near the flattening- like fractures. The analysis suggested that partial steel wire rope was seriously extruded and worn in use,leading to the deformation and work hardening. As a result,the steel wire rope became brittle and even fracture of some strands due to the external compression. The overall load-carrying capacity of steel wire rope was reduced,causing fracture in the position with overload.
