民海四联疫苗与单苗接种不良反应对比分析

摘　　要：目的：比较单剂吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗（DTaP）及B型流感嗜血杆菌疫苗（HIB）与民海四联疫苗（简称四联疫苗）接种的不良反应。方法：200倒健康婴幼儿随机分为A组及B组，A组接种注射单剂DTaP和HIB疫苗，B组接种四联结合疫苗，比较两组婴幼儿不良反应情况。结果：接种疫苗后48小时内两组不良反应比较无统计学意义（p〉0．05）；两组各接种针次不良反应发生率比较均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：民海四联联疫苗不良反应与常规单刺免疫接种相似，并简化免疫程序，值得推荐接种。Objective： To compare the adverse reactions of DTaP, HIB and Minhai Quadruple vaccine inoculation. Methods： 200 cases of healthy in- fants were randomly divided into group A and group B, the group A inoculated single DTaP and HIB, while group B inoculated Minhai quadruple vaccine, compared the adverse reactions of two groups. Results： In 48 hours after inoculation, there was no statistical significance between the occur- rence of adverse reactions of two groups （P〉0.05）; there was no statistical significance between the occurrence of adverse reactions in each inocula- tion of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The adverse reactions of Minhai quadruple vaccine is similar to conventional single vaccine inoculation, but the immune procedure is simplified, deserves promotion.
