针灸联合中药冬病夏治对过敏性鼻炎发作的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察针药联合冬病夏治对过敏性鼻炎发作的影响。方法：将125例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组（65例）和对照组（60例），在常规抗组胺、激素类等药物治疗基础上，观察组采用温针灸联合口服中药，按照农历每年夏季初伏、二伏、三伏。从每伏第一天开始连续治疗7天，共21天，连续治疗2年：对照组在三伏天未采用该治疗。观察两组发作次数和用药次数。结果：在治疗第1年内、第2年内观察组的年发作次数、年均用药次数均显著少于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：针药联合冬病夏治对减少过敏性鼻炎的发作具有积极影响。Objective： To observe the effect of allergic rhinitis （AR） attack reduced by acupuncture combined with herbs that obeys the theory of win- ter diseases cured in summer. Methods： 125 cases of AR patients were randomly divided into observation group （65 cases） and control group （60 cas- es）, on the basis of conventional antihistamine and steroids medication, the observation group treated by warm needling combined with orally taking herbs, which was the continuous treatment for 7 days from the first day of each Fu （the Chufu, Erfu, Sanfu in hot summer every year according to the lunar calendar）, totally 21 days and for 2 years; the control group didn＇t accept this treatment in the dog days. And observed the attack times and medi- cation times of two groups. Results： In the first and second year of treatment, the attack times and annual average medication times were both signifi- cantly less than those of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with herbs obeyed the theory of winter diseases cured in sum- mer has positive effects on reducing the attack times of AR.
