40例足背肌腱外伤性断裂吻合术后分期护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨足背肌腱外伤性断裂吻合术后的康复护理效果。方法：40例足背肌腱外伤性断裂吻合术后患者分期实施护理，观察护理效果。结果：优28例，良8例，可3例，差1例，优良率90％。结论：足背肌腱外伤性断裂吻合术后分期康复护理能最大程度的恢复足功能，预防关节僵硬合并症。Objective： To explore the rehabilitation nursing effect of dorsalis pedis tendon traumatic rupture post-anastomosis. Methods： 40 cases of dorsalis pedis tendon trauma rupture post-anastomosis were treated with staged nursing, the nursing effect was observed. Results： 28 cases were ex- cellent, 8 cases good, 3 cases qualified, 1 case poor, the excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion： Staged rehabilitation nursing on dorsalis pedis tendon traumatic rupture post-anastomosis can restore foot function to the greatest extent, and prevent the complication of joint stiffness.
