摘　　要：目的分析总结应用于不良反应损害量化的通用指标,探讨各指标适用性及局限性。方法以CNKI、万方、维普等为数据库,检索自2000年至今相关文献,提炼应用于不良反应损害量化的指标。结果应用于不良反应损害量化的指标共有5种,分别为伤残调整生命年、不良反应严重度指数、风险效益比、最小损害量以及质量调整生命年。结论目前应用于不良反应损害量化的指标皆有其自身局限性及适用领域,应通过多种指标共同评价以提高不良反应损害量化科学性。Objective To analyze the applicability and limitation of the general indicators in ADR quantitative assessment researches. Methods The related literatures since 2000 in CNKI, WANFANG and VIP databases were searched, and the general indicators in ADR quantitative assessment researches were summarized. Results Five indicators in ADR quantitative assessment researches were involved： disability-adjusted life year, severity index of ADR, risk-benefit-ratio, number need to harm and quality-adjusted life year. Conclusion Limitation does exist in each indicator. Indicators can be used cooperatively to improve the scientific level in ADR quantitative assessment researches.
