摘　　要：重大科研项目和研究生学术创新能力培养是密切相关的有机整体雇分析科研任务和学术创新能力培养各自特点和相互关系的基础上，提出了依托重大科研项目培养研究生学术创新能力的举措和建议最大限度发挥重大科研项目对学术创新研究的促进作用；处理好科研任务和学术创新能力培养之间的关系，做到理论与实践相结合，提高研究生的学术创新能力，产出高水平学术成果。Major scientific research programs and graduate academic innovation ability training is closely related to the organic whole, on the analysis of the scientific research task and the academic innovation ability training on the basis of their own characteristics and the relationship between the proposed relying on major scientific research project to develop the innovative ability of graduate student academic measure and the suggestion, the maximum play to the important scientific research projects for the promotion of academic innovation research; To deal with the relationship between the scientific research task and the academic innovation ability training, to combine theory with practice, to improve the graduate student＇s academic ability to innovate, produce high level academic achievements.
