摘  要:目前,模具钢具有附加值高、市场需求广泛等优点。但是中国模具钢的生产已经严重落后于世界先进水平。国内某厂现有模具钢的生产锭型存在全凝时间长、探伤不合格、成材率低的问题。通过铸造模拟分析,优化后的锭型,铸锭全凝时间缩短0.48h,本体凝固时间缩短0.41h,钢锭本体无缩孔,精轧后超声波探伤B级合格,试验生产成材率到达83.51%,比原指标提高了5.31%。At present, the mould steel has the advantages of high added value and wide market demand. But China's mould steel production has been seriously lags behind the advanced level. In domestic factory, the issues of produced mould steel are long solidification time, unqualified inspection and low yield. Based on the casting simulation analy- sis, the whole solidification time and ontology solidification time of the optimized ingot reduce by 0.48 h and 0.41 h, respectively. After optimization there is no shrinkage cavity in the ingot ontology, the B ultrasonic testing after fin- ish rolling is qualified, and the rolling yield of trial production reaches 83.51% , which is increased by 5.31% com- pared with the original index.
