摘  要:前置定向窗的开设是冷却塔能够扭曲倒塌的关键。通过高速摄影观测贵阳电厂冷却塔倒塌过程中因未开设前置定向窗从而导致倒塌长度超过预计范围。为了研究前置定向窗开设对冷却塔倒塌效果的影响,模拟了开设不同规格前置定向窗条件下的冷却塔在自重作用下的触地、扭曲变形、扭转撕裂、完全落地各阶段的时间和倒塌面积。模拟结果表明:前置定向窗切口越高,冷却塔扭曲撕裂过程越早,倒塌宽度越小,有助于控制塔身坍塌面积;定向窗宽度对冷却塔倒塌效果不明显;不同规格定向窗对冷却塔整体倒塌时间影响不大。The open of front directional windows is the key to the cooling tower twist to collapse. The length of collapse of cooling tower without pre directional window in Guiyang power plant exceeds the expected range by the high speed camera observed. In order to study the influence of directional front windowon on the cooling tower collapse effect,the time of touchdown,distortion,torsion tear,fully landed of cooling tower and its collapse range were simulated with different specifications of cooling tower under the action of gravity. The simulation results show that the higher pre directional window cutting,the more early cooling tower distortion tearing process,and the smaller width,which helps to control tower collapse area; The influence of width of directional window on cooling tower collapse effect is not obvious. The influence of different specification directional window on collapse time is also lesser.
