中西医理论比照研究现象的解析及讨论

摘　　要：文章基于文献研究,提出中西医理论的比照研究是为了实现中医与西医的沟通和对话,从而更好地理解和运用中医。中医现代化研究过程中出现的新概念,正是中西医比照的产物,它们恰好体现了两种医学理论的认识差异。关于今后中西医结合理论比照研究应该如何开展,笔者认为,首先,我们要在中西医结合现代化研究基础上去检验和梳理出中医理论的合理内容,把它继承下来。其次,要借助现代逻辑把这些合理内容组织起来,构建出新的中医理论体系,使它能有效指导临床实践。最后,在中西医理论比照研究中,探索针对某一种具体疾病的中西医结合治疗方案。Based on the literature research, it was proposed that the comparative study between Chinese and western medicine theories was to realize the communication and dialogue between western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, so as to comprehend and use TCM better. New concept formed in the process of modernization of TCM research was the product of the comparison of Chinese and western medicine, which just reflected the understanding difference of the two kinds of medical theory. About the comparative study between Chinese and western medicine theories should be how to develop in future, the author＇s suggestions were as follows： first of all, we had to check and comb the rational contents of TCM theory based on the modern researches of integrated Chinese and western medicines and inherited it; secondly, the rational contents should be organized with the help of modern logic, in order to construct a new TCM theoretical system, and enable it to guide clinical practice effectively; finally, to investigate a treatment plan of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for a specific disease in the comparative study between Chinese and western medicine theories.
