强制及自愿戒毒人员中医体质差异及毒品类型对其的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析强制及自愿戒毒人员的中医体质差异,以及使用不同毒品类型对体质的影响。方法:吸毒者分成自愿组(191例)和强戒组(200例),采用秩和检验分析两组间差异,毒品使用类型与体质相关性采用Logistic回归分析。结果:两组戒毒人员在平和质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质上有明显差异(P<0.05);强戒组中混用毒品与气虚质、湿热质之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05),自愿组中使用镇静类毒品与气虚质、阳虚质之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:毒品对平和质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质等形成影响较大,使用镇静类毒品对气虚质、阳虚质的形成影响较大,使用兴奋类毒品对湿热质的形成影响较大。Objective： To analyze the differences in TCM constitutions of voluntary and compulsory patients abstained from drugs and the influence of drug types on TCM constitutions. Methods： Patients abstained from drugs were divided into voluntary group（191 patients） and compulsory group（200 patients）. The differences between the two groups were analyzed by rank-sum test, and the correlation between the drug type and TCM constitution was analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results： The difference in gentler constitution, yang-deficiency constitution, qi-deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution between the two groups was significant（P0.05）. There was a significant correlation between mixture of drugs and qi-deficiency constitution and dampness-heat constitution in compulsory treatment group（P0.05）. There was a significant correlation between sedative drugs and qi-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution in the voluntary group（P0.05）. Conclusion： The influence of drug on gentler constitution, yang-deficiency constitution, yin-deficiency constitution and phlegmdampness constitution is greater, the influence of sedative drugs on qi-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution is greater, and the influence of stimulant drugs on dampness-heat constitution is greater.
