摘　　要：目的:探讨不同品种的苦杏仁(山杏、西伯利亚杏、东北杏、杏)油糊外用对疮疡大鼠的影响。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌接种于大鼠皮肤创伤面制作疮疡模型,观察各品种苦杏仁油糊大、小剂量外用对大鼠疮疡治疗前后的症状积分、血清溶菌酶含量及疮疡局部组织形态的影响。结果:与模型组比较,各品种苦杏仁油糊大剂量组均能显著降低大鼠疮疡症状积分(P<0.01);各品种苦杏仁油糊大、小剂量均能显著升高疮疡大鼠的血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.01);各品种苦杏仁油糊大、小剂量组均能显著改善大鼠疮疡病灶局部病理变化。结论:不同品种苦杏仁油糊外用对疮疡大鼠有较好的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the influence of external application of different cultivars of bitter apricot seed（wild apricot, Siberian apricot, northeast China apricot, apricot） oil paste on rat model of sores. Methods： The rat models of sores were established by inoculating staphylococcus aureus on the skin wounds. The influence of low and high dosage of bitter apricot seed oil paste on symptom score, serum muramidase, and pathologic histology of sores tissue was observed. Results： High dosage of all cultivars of bitter apricot seed oil paste could decrease the symptom scores of sores（P0.01）. High and low dosages of all cultivars of bitter apricot seed oil paste could increase the contents of serum muramidase（P0.01）. High and low dosages of all cultivars of bitter apricot seed oil paste could improve the pathological changes of sores lesions. Conclusion： The curative effect of external application of different cultivars of bitter apricot seed oil paste in treating rat model of sores is good.
