一指禅推合谷与内庭穴清胃火的机制分析

摘　　要：目的:分析和归纳一指禅推合谷、内庭穴清胃火的机制。方法:通过专家访谈,对一指禅推法特点和应用范围进行了归纳和总结。在此基础上,结合经络腧穴理论,对一指禅推合谷、内庭穴清胃火的机制进行了阐述。结果:专家访谈结果显示,"循经络、推穴道"的特点决定了一指禅推法擅长治疗内科杂病。因而一指禅推法适用于清胃火。同时,依据阳明经经穴主治规律,结合上下配穴法,取合谷、内庭穴进行一指禅推法清胃火是恰当的。结论:基于一指禅推拿流派的学术特点和经络腧穴理论可以阐明一指禅推合谷、内庭穴清胃火的机制。Objective： To analyze and summarize the mechanisms of clearing stomach-fire with single-finger meditation pushing on Hegu（LI4） and Neiting（ST44）. Methods： The characteristics and applied range of single-finger meditation pushing method were summarized through expert interviews. On this basis, the mechanism of clearing stomach-fire with single-finger meditation pushing on Hegu（LI4） and Neiting（ST44） was expounded combined with the theory of meridians and acupoints. Results： Depending on the expert interviews, the speciality of single-finger meditation pushing in treating internal medicine diseases was determined by the characteristic of pushing acupoints along with the meridians. So the single-finger meditation pushing method was suitable for clearing stomach-fire, and meanwhile, clearing stomach-fire with single-finger meditation pushing on Hegu（LI4） and Neiting（ST44） was appropriate according to the major function law of acupoints along the Yangming channels and upper-lower point combination method. Conclusion： The mechanism of clearing stomach-fire with single-finger meditation pushing on Hegu（LI4） and Neiting（ST44） could be elucidated based on the academic characteristics of single-finger meditation pushing schools and theory of meridians and acupoints.
