摘　　要：高血压已成为威胁人类健康和生命的主要疾病。动脉血管是高血压损伤的主要靶器官。早期发现及早期干预血管壁病变是延缓和控制高血压患者发生心血管事件的重要措施。目前,血管功能评价技术尚有不足。中医脉诊客观化研究手段日益成熟,通过检测中医脉象对应的压力脉图获得高血压患者血管功能状态、血管弹性等信息成为可能。Hypertension has become the major disease which threatens human health and life. Artery is the main target organ damaged by hypertension. Early detection and intervention of vascular wall lesion is one of the important measures to slow and control cardiovascular events of hypertension patients. Nowadays, it is still insufficient in evaluation techniques of vascular function. The research techniques of objectification of pulse taking have become more and more mature. It is possible to acquire the vascular function and vascular elasticity of hypertension patients by analyzing pressure sphygmogram corresponding to pulse manifestation.
