中医药联合物理疗法治疗神经性耳鸣研究进展

摘　　要：耳鸣是严重影响患者生活质量的一种身心疾病,随着噪音污染的增加及生活压力的增大,耳鸣的发病率有逐年上升的趋势,由耳鸣可诱发一系列严重的社会问题。往期的研究证明,中医药在耳鸣治疗上具有调节患者情绪、缓解患者焦虑状态,疗效较为持久等优点;而习服、掩蔽等物理疗法,重塑大脑对不同刺激的反应能力,可以起到阻断耳鸣信号的作用。文章就耳鸣的中医药及物理疗法研究进展进行综述,为耳鸣联合治疗方法提供参考。Nervous tinnitus as a physical and mental disease affects patients＇ life quality seriously. With the increasing of noise pollution and life stress, the incidence of tinnitus incidence increases year by year, and it can induce a series of serious social problems. Previous studies proves that traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating tinnitus, such as adjusting patients＇ mood, alleviating patients＇ anxiety, and lasting effect. The physical therapies as acclimatization and masking and can reshape the respond ability to different stimulations, which could block tinnitus signal. This article reviewes the recent advances in treating nervous tinnitus with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy, in order to provide reference for combination therapy of tinnitus.
