摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是临床常见病之一,目前针刺治疗围绝经期综合征在临床上应用广泛,疗效确切。近年来,学者们对针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制进行了许多研究,取得了一定成绩。文章从神经-内分泌-免疫学说、血管舒缩因子学说、自由基学说等方面对针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的有关机制进行述评,并认为今后应开展更多高质量的研究来验证针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的相关作用机制。Perimenopausal syndrome was one of the common diseases in clinic. Acupuncture was widely applied in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, and with obvious curative effect. In recent years, many researches about the mechanism of treating perimenopausal syndrome with acupuncture have been carried out over and over, and had obtained certain achievements. This paper reviewed the mechanisms of treating perimenopausal syndrome with acupuncture from the aspects as nerve-endocrineimmune theory, vasomotion factors theory, free radical theory and so on, and believed that more high quality studies were needed to verify the related mechanisms of acupuncture applied in treating perimenopausal syndrome in future.
